Is Biante planing in the distant future to do more Falcon GT and GT - HO race cars other than those that are in the Moffat/ Johnson collection.
Why I ask is because there is such a great assortment to choose from and some of those race cars would look great done in 1/18 scale
Here is just a few from my list ,add your favourites
1969 Bathurst XW GTHO ALLAN MOFFAT (RED)
1972 Bathurst XY GTHO JOHN FRENCH (WILD VIOLET)
1972 Bathurst XY GTHO MURRY CARTER (SHELL YELLOW NO 3)
1972 Bathurst XY GTHO FRED GIBSON ( BRAMBLES RED 8D
1973 Bathurst XA GT HARDTOP JOHN GOSS ( YELLOW NO 5
1974 Bathurst XA GT HARDTOP JOHN GOSS ( BLUE NO 5
ESPECIALLY THIS ONE
Falcon XC HARDTOP ( JIM KEOGH) Pioneer ear falcon ( Met- green)
As for the XW GTHO ROAD cars I would like Biante to produce a Phase I GTHO 1/18 SCALE in Reef Green metallic, gold stripes, my brother had one and it was superchaged and it looked sensational.
John French Bathurst 72-got the FM models version 25/75
Goss/Bartlett 73 XA-seen the Dinkim one but I'd wait for Biantes 1/43.
The Goss/Bartlett 74 wiinner XA,Carter Shell 72.Gibbo factory 72 XY and Moffat 69 XW,I'II wait for them in 1/43
The Moffat 69 car would be special because its his Bathurst debut car.

Yes the John French Wild Violet XY would replace the Alan Moffat XYs as my ultimate Biante model. It got 2nd at Bathurst it deserves to be on the shelf!
That car looks sweet, but I thought Biante said no to more XYs then I saw another post that the No9 Alan Moffat XY is out this year. Can somone put me in my place on that?
I hope they continue to bring out more XW, XY Falcons, surely they are still the most popular model that ppl are wanting to buy.

sorry I meant the most popular Ford models to buy, obviously alot of ppl prefer Holden. I only buy the Fords, can't afford to buy both!

Having only recently discovered Biante Models, I missed out on the original releases of the road versions of the XW and XY GTHO's. Living in Canada didn't help either....people just don't stock these items here. Now I'm finding any origial GTHO's up for sale are very expensive. Especially certain special ones. I would love to see Biante come out with more street versions of this amazing automobile. If I'm not mistaking, UT built the first ones for Biante, and they look very nice (I've only seen pictures on the net of them). With AutoArt producing the cars now, and the extreme quality there have managed to achieve a re-tool of this model would be very nice.

I personely can't wait until Biante release the XR XT series in bathurts 1:18th models.....The Silver Galagher 500 gt's would make a fine looking Model...:)
I'm with you Acj 428, be great to see the XR and XT models. Another two I would love to have sitting in the display are the John French '72 GTHO Wild Violet and Ian Geoghegan's GTHO 'Super Falcon' - what a pair they make sitting alongside each other :p.
Cheers

I have been eagerly waiting for the XR -XT's to be released in any way shape or form, but the XR GT in any color u like ( so long as its gold) is the one im excited about.
At the Bathurst Falcon GT Natonals one car collector owned the Geoghagan bros 67 Bathurst XR GT,Normal XR GT and Silver Gallager sponser XR GT Falcon with red stripes.
They have a picture of all cars together in one Australian Muscle car mag.

As I grew up in the era of the V8 starting to make Bathurst the "Holy Grail" of Australian motorsport the XR & XT GT Falcon are definetly worthy of a Biante model , after all they and the "H" series Monaro are what took Bathurst into the V8 age of production car racing in Oz. Nothing beat the sound of my fathers friends dark green metalic XT GT starting up in the driveway and it looked every bit as good as the XY at the time.Anyone else for a Gold XR and a dark green metalic XT GT's on their collectors shelves , maybe they could be added to the cars I mentioned in my poll earlier this week.Any takers ?
Might start another poll that everyone could list an AUSTRALIAN Classic to and then present the ten most popular to Biante for consideration YES/NO ?
The Geoghagan bros 1968 Bathurst XT GT and XT GT team from 1968 London to Sydney Marathon should be made.
The London to Sydney team should be done in a 1/43 box set.
They won the Rallys Team Prize and dominated the Australain leg,all of them got in the top 10.
Holden entered a Monaro team that failed missiarbly.

I can't wait for an XR GT to be released !!!
I remember a while ago on one of the phamlets that came with the cars that the XR GT would be out late last year.
Now we all know this didn't happen (I'm not *****ing, just stating fact & I know how busy admin, etc... are) but I wounder when we might see the Falcon that started it all ??
I just hope they make enought of them to go around as I think this will be a very, very popular edition to our collections.
cheers.

Agreed guys, we need the XR GT's. I still think they are the best GT ever made, pity they went for the A Code 289 and not the 271 HP "K" Code engine, even better the 306HP Shelby donk. :(
XT Yes Yes and Yes.
And we still want a Bronze Wine XY GT.
Ohhhhh Baby

Bring on the 'Mustang Bred' GT's with the bonnets lettered with the word F O R D, to complete the Quartet of the most memorable GT's.
Just can't wait for the XR's & XT's.
