From memory there was just over 1000 Jags coming to Oz through Biante, so I don't expect this change to effect that.

If true, wouldn't the distribution rights for Minichamps simply be picked up by another local wholesaler (or manufacturer) ?

If its cc they might just say look at the quality of these and lift their game a bit.

there's good news on the horizon for anyone who likes to collect minichamps models. there is a new australian distributor, but i don't know if they want to be outed yet, so i won't name them.

Yes, there is a new Austrailian distributor. However, in all fairness, I think it best they make the annoncement. Direct from the 'Horse's Mouth' so to speak.

To stop any rumours, there will be an official announcement very shorty, I'm sure.

Looking forward to it as Minichamps form by far the biggest part of my collection. Exciting times ahead I'm hoping. :)
