Nice to see a Team Brock car up there, equally nice to see Ingall win one today! I was hoping that the "move" to HRT/TWR would produce a competitive car for Team Brock. I'm not sold on the colours, though. I liked last year's red car & the Bathurst Black job. There seems to be a few yellow cars this year & I had difficulty separating them on TV.

I thought admin said they wouldn't be making anymore VX's. I could be wrong.

Admin - will you also be making the Team Brock / Kmart cars as they are currently running in the championship? I do not know if they are much different anyway except for the logo above the cars number.

I also noticed the minicars and 43 scale are being made as they ran at the GP, but the Fords and HRT are as ran in the series...

All KMart and Team Brock models have the following in there descriptions in the "Find a Model" section

"As raced at the AGP"

Leigh - I realise this, hence my question if they will be produced as raced during the 2003 season oppose to the GP.

Jasons 1:18th car ( and Paul Weels ) will be in the container after next.
It is modelled as "First Win for Team Brock", so is the AGP car.

For those who think the team colours are a bit average, wait til you see the model..its terrific and one of the better colour combinations so far.

Next model for Team Brock will be the VY Series car.

I wonder why there are always 5 HRT/O cars made for every one car from every other team.

Presentation cars, Championship cars, Bathurst cars, Sandown cars... The list is endless...

AGP cars now...

Probably because 5 times more people are interested in them I guess. And they win plenty of races, Bathursts, Championships.

Same with pictures in books and magazines, and team gear worn at race meets etc., etc.

I think that the First Win for Team Brock is a valid model and a darn good one at that!!

No doubt others will have varying opinions.

I just hope it doesn't become like the Autoart rally cars... They release 2 cars for every event.

I won't get into the validity of the "first win" claim, but the cars do have a eye-catching paint scheme.

I'll wait for the VY to come out.

I think the colour scheme is great!

Hmmm the next is the VY car - does this mean the ownership problems have been sorted out ;) ?

Actually, that's not quite right...

AutoArt generally release 2 rally cars from each YEAR (per manufacturer). Often there is the Monte Carlo Rally (first event), and one other event signifying a rally win by that manufacturer.

I like this format as it allows events like Rally NZ and Rally Australia to be modelled (albeit occasionally!).

I think the Toyota Corollas were the only model to be done for every event, and that was because each event had a unique paint job.

Yes, you are right.

But everytime I visit the Autoart site, you get pages and pages of cars that look identical.

But I guess the rally "market" is very large

This is great admin.

I for one will be getting these cars.
Also can't wait for the new VY versions. Will these be for Bright & Weel or the Bathurst cars ?

Does anyone know if the "First Win" car be built in 1 /43rd as well?
The paint scheme on the Team Brock cars looks great. Our local Betta electrical store has two utes one painted in team Brock colours VY and the other a BA in Briggs Motorsport colours both look great but biased towards the Brock car.;)
