Gee, with that nose and those glasses it could only be (Lightning) Larry Perkins. That moustache doesn't help to hide his face.

well that was alot easier than i thought, yep its larry sporting a nice moustache during the 80s, nice to see the hair style hasnt changed much (just getting thinner) this and other stylish pics of larry can be found at http://f1rejects.crosswinds.net/drivers/perkins/pi cture-index.html check out the 73 picture.
