From memory Senator I think you are right, I vaguley rember reading many years ago that to be part of the Jaguar bathurst assualt Goss agreed to have his car repainted and made part of the TWR entry, something that ended up paying off for all concerned in the history books anyway.

his original car was a group c and would have been a bit rough had it been converted. tom said it was a pile of!. TWR gave goss one of the cars to run in 86 and he repainted it in citibank colours:D
