Have all of our Nascar nuts seen the race from New Hampshire yet?... I won't say who won, just incase I spoil it for someone... (I usually tape the races and watch them on the Monday night)...
Interesting fuel mileage issue again...
I think they also need to make a rule about racing back to the yellow, especially after Jarret's crash. Man, that was dangerous.

Elvis,
Since you didn't see the race, there was quite a bad situation with the "race back to the yellow" situation. Jarret crashed hard coming off turn 4, and came to rest in the middle of the front straight. Car was pretty torn up, so he was stationery.
The safety workers couldn't get to him, because there were still cars on the track. As the field came off turn 4 to greet the yellow, several cars tried to get their lap back from Elliot which resulted in cars coming off the corner 4 wide.
Needless to say, Jarret was a sitting duck. He had his steering wheel off (so the bare spline was sticking out at him), window net down, and had started to unhook his belts. Casey Mears had to take evasive action to miss hitting him... it was close.
Imagine if Jarret's car was on fire... or he was hit.
There needs to be a rule against racing back to the yellow!
...Brad.

Yes,been a real bad year for DJ, except for that one win the season would be a wright off. When your equal on points with Dave Blaney theres something wrong somewhere.
Last years champ Stewart and runner up Martin both outside the top ten in points, man how things can change.

I agreed with what Micheal Waltrip said on the DJ crash/back to yellow issue. But theres a lot more to be said about it.
DEI and RCR again found a way to grap defeat from the jaws of victory. Jnr and Mikey had the cars to beat but again other issues cloued the end result. I was frustrated about that but it was an amazing effort by the 48 team to bounce back to win after the car owner almost killed them in pit lane!!!
Have you guys checked out the Richard Childress website lately? They have a really good photo gallery of the museum - it was updated recently.

The RCR Museum photos are awesome. Looks like a great set up. The sheer amount of Black #3's is impressive!
Junior just HAS to pinch a win sometime soon - he's fairly knocking on the door but these little niggles are causing him some hassle.
But it's Talledega again soon....................

Just saw on Nascar.com that Dover qualifying has been cancelled due to the threatening Isabel Hurricane.
As the grid will be set from points now, it's going to be an interesting start to the race...

Thats if the race goes ahead! I think things will have calmed down a bit by then - I hope so anyway.
Maybe our Biante collecting friend from North Carolina has an opinion on this.
