My predictions for 2004 grid.

These are my guesses for the 2004 driver/team line up.
Ferrari ;unchanged
McLaren; Kimmy,Monty
Williams;Ralf,Webber
Renault;Alonso, Villeneuve
Jaguar;Coultard,???????
Toyota ;unchanged
Jordan; who knows, whoever bring$ the bigge$t amount
Sauber; Massa, Heidfeld
Minardi; Verstappen, Wilson
It will be fun in the next couple of months.

FF, did you accidentally forget BAR or was it a Freudian slip.

Think it all hinges on Montoya. If he does go to McLaren all hell could break lose, but so far Frank and Patrick seems to be denying anything will change in 2004. If it does, then we'll probably see Webber go to McLaren, and Coultard to Jaguar.

As for Villeneuve, I think we may have seen the last of him - BAR don't want him and can't see too many others wanting him either. What about Trulli - he's been blown away by Alonso but is probably still one of the best 10 drivers on the grid.

Its confirmed Heildfeld won't be at Sauber next year (replaced by Fisi), so will he take one of the Jordan seats ? And will Ferrari & Sauber swap Fisi or Massa for Rubens ?

And what about Gene - did he do well enough in his one off appearance to impress for a seat next year. Plus rumours that Honda want Sato in a seat next year (BAR ?).

Lets face it - just about anything could happen.

One of the latest Motorsport news mags,says Montoya is not going to Mclaren next year,If anyone it could be Wurz.They reckon Coulthard will stay for only one more year and then have to look elsewhere,to make way for Montoya in 2005

I saw a quote in the paper today from Webber, who said he 100% definately will be driving for Jaguar next year.

BAR wants Sato because hes Japanese and BAR run Japenese Hondas.
Villeneuve is a great driver(97 F1 Champ)=But Button is whooping the pants of Villeneuve this year,Bar is wasting to money by paying Villeneuve so much when Button can do it for much cheaper.Time for Villeneuve to take a massive pay cut,or retire.

FF I think your a year early for the Webber, JPM, Coultard, Williams, Mac, Jaguar trades........Webber said last week that he had one year left at Jaguar on the last F1 telecast.

Also, did you see the press release from Sauber on the day after the USGP - both drivers sacked for 2004 after the years beast finish, a bit of bad timing on the drivers part....

Formula 1 is hard and fast .
No time at all to waist in resting on one's laurels.
Massa is signed back to Sauber and not every body is exciterd about this as they still remember the last time.
The only 3 drivers who are certain of next years drive are .................................................. .................................................. ................Michael Schumacher, Kimmy Raikonnen and Massa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the rest is in the air!!!!!!!!!!!
