I seem not to be able to find images of the models on show of the TOYFAIR this year.
Is there someone who has a link to download some?
Thanking you in advance.

There are plenty of pics of upcoming 1:18 models made by Ulf on Scale18 bulletin board:
http://www.scale18.com/cgi-bin/msg?proj=Bulletin&func=list
Goes on for a few pages since photos are excellent and quite extensive. My favorite is a racing Trans Am(?) Audi V8. Quite a few nice Exotos as well, but Exoto prices are too much for me. Also, Carousel 1 Porsches 935 and K3 deserve an honorable mention. In pics they look much better than Exoto ones. CMC did an excellent job with a racing 300SL, EXoto need not to bother. Also, Minichamps announced that it'll do another F1 "taxi" with Mansell given Senna a ride to the pits.

Sergey

Kyosho didn't show anything new worth mentioning.

Thank you.
The "Silverstone Taxi/Victory ride" model has been asked and discussed many moons ago whenever the ALESI /Schumacher Montreal win Victory lap model was on the discussion menu!
Finaly it will be done, and also the DC/MH McLaren Taxi could be condsidered
The win in Silverstone by Nige (El LIONE) was his finest!

Some addtional info on DTM Audi V8.
This model was made bacuse it was the most requested car to be modelled according to a survey in leading German "diecast magazine" a year ago. Also, according to several sources, this will be the first Minichamps model completely tampo printed graphics and clearcoat. Yep, no more chipping decals like on Brock's and DTM's Sierras front bumpers. As for Sierras, AutoArt renditions looked at least a year away from production.

Cor blimey, as the saying goes! I noticed a white road RS Sierra Cosworth lurking behind the rally one! AutoArt still haven't made the Group B rally cars in 1:18, so we have Ricko and SunStar making them instead (RS200, Audi quattro A2).......I'll have to wait. Exoto are really making life difficult (!), as a lot of the models I'm after will have only been modelled by them in 1:18, at £129 each......ouch! I'm going to wait and see if anyone makes the later Lola T70 Mk IIIB, with the longer nose and twin headlamps each side. For the sake of my wallet I hope it's AutoArt or Minichamps! But what a lineup, and that's only going to be a fraction of what's coming! Something for everyone, including those people who like tractors.........:D

I e-mailed AutoArt and they said they would be making the Audi Sport Quattro and eventually the S1 version. They are also looking at producing the Lancia Delta S4.
Also AutoArt will be producing DTM/Racing Sierra Cosworths as well as rally versions.

That's brilliant news, Jaguar1! I didn't get any specifics from them when I contacted them last year, just that they were looking to do the Group B cars. I have the street Sport Quattros on preorder (white and green ones, and red if the rumours are true!) but there had been no word on the rally versions. And if they make a stradale S4 I'll be a very happy man!

Looks like Richard has arrived in Hong Kong, so depending on how much spare time he gets, you may see/read something from his hotel internet site.

Yes, we're in Hong Kong and having a bit of a rest after the flight from Frankfurt.
I have heaps of news from the fair that may or may not have been covered on this or other forums so I'll list a small bit now and more with pictures when I get back to the office.
One thing FF might like is that Minichamps will be producing a range of Porsche tractors. They will also be producing the Ayrton Senna first GP winning Lotus in 1:12 with full removeable body and detailed engine. It was good to compare to the actual car that Minichamps had on display with the model.
As I said, heaps of news and heaps of picture but you'll have to wait a few more days.

es ,thank you Richard, I did see the Porche tractors and the FEND one as well,
All mine are predominantly in 1/16 scale, but that will not stop me from wanting them.
Hopefully, one day they will do the LANZ BULLDOG range of models, as these will go like a tornado.
Absolutly silly to see Exoto still teasing us all with the 14B!
Now that MINICHAMPS will make the "Taxi" they can keep it as far as I am concerned.

I've also noticed lurking in the background of one of the pictures the red 1:18 BMW M3 Sport Evo - woo hoo! I've been waiting for that one for a long time. Of the current crop of new 1:18 releases I have just got the AutoArt Bentley Le Mans winner and the Minichamps Texaco RS500, and they are both stunning. If that's a clue to the quality on offer now then I'm happy as Larry.
