Just read a report on www.msn.com about the top new automotive sales figures for the first half of 2004 in the USA.
The (Pick-up) Trucks continue to dominate, with Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge picking up spots 1-2-3.
The Ford in particular has been the market leader for years, and has given the opposition another good hammering so far this year.
Ford also held onto the #1 Four Wheel Drive spot. The Explorer came in #6 overall. Ford Tauras was #8.
The top 6 and their sales numbers are -
1) Ford F-Series - 432 696
2) Chevrolet Silverado - 322 907
3) Dodge Ram - 218 369
4) Toyota Camry - 213 625
5) Honda Accord - 192 106
6) Ford Explorer - 168 059
