narrogin rev heads day

hay guys just a line letting every one know the annual narrogin rev heads day is on this weekend. it a good event running over two days . and just because its in the countrys dosent mean it small . with show and shine , burn out comps, spear a spud and much more . trust me if ya want a good time come and have a look. its just 180kms south east of perth.

What an awesome weekend that was/is. I went there in 1999 and i took my brothers Black WB ute that had just had a brand new 308 built. My bro worked out at the mines at the time, so he said to run it in for him. I drove it from Gerldton to Pinjarra on a friday and meet up with a friend of mine Dennis(well used to be..but lets not go there). Dennis had a Purple HG monaro. We drove to Narrogin early Saturday morning and set up camp and both entered the burnout comp(well my bro did say run it in!lol). Dennis made the top 10 final for the burnout comp. I did ok, but i pulled out early before i blow the tyres(yeh i know!...he said run it in but i'm not silly enuff to kill it). Party hard all night as you do. They had 3 bands on(excellent). Had quite a hangover on Sunday morning and stuff all sleep. Put the ute on the duno that they had set up(i think was $5 a go) i cant remember what bhp it was(181kw rings a bell). Dennis won the burnout comp on Sunday (AC/DC 308) was his rego plates for those of you who were there. Packed up camp and drove back to Pinjarra Sunday Arvo. When I drove back Gerldton on Monday(chucked a sicky...as you do!.lol)

Well i think that little story speaks for itself!....EXCELLENT WEEKEND!

I am cruizin up on Sunday morning, through Dwellingup, and Gowarajup (PUB!) through to Williams into Narro, a nice drive through the backblocks, no silly Highway with all the problems ;)

hey f fan be carefull on ya way up i live in narrogin and i reckon the cop population has doubled and there on the war path.if ya want pm me i should be there on sunday as im going mx riding on saturday.be nice to meet a fellow collector.

I will be there in my Blaze yellow XB Fairmont Coupe which is very easy spotted.
and just listen for the akkadakka sounds.

i was gonna head down, but am unable due to lack of funds, i might plan it in for next year, a mate of mine always goes and rekons its an awesome weekend.

just wondering if anyone was going to take a trip to this this year its on the 3rd weekend in november .
it will be huge this year with all the normal attractions plus this year there is also be a huge freestyle motocross show on witn some big riders comming across one of wich can back flip .

pretty much everyone can do a backflip now in fact Travis Pastrana has done a double backflip

yes alot of people can back flip but its not every day you can see it for real and not on a video plus its over two days with a couple of band on saturday night

Yep shes gonna be a big one this year ill be there running around like a headless chook trying to look after the bikes .
