I am sure we all have a story about bad service, thought I'd share a recent wonderful service experience.

Ordered a model online with a reputable retailer, when the model arrived, the strap holding down the bonnet had snapped and the bonnet had flicked up and broken a hinge and was stuck in the open position.
I immediately rang the retailer, who without hesitation, offered a replacement model to be sent and stated would send me a postage paid certificate to reurn the damaged model.
Came home this evening and there was the replacement model and inside was the return postage certificate.

Biante are just as good aswell. I'm very happy with there service when I've had problems.

I had a similar experience except mine was that they sent the wrong model inadvertantly.

The right model appeared the next day with a postage paid to send the other model back.

I had the same experiance as Singer, the wrong model was sent by mistake and within a day of calling them a return mail recipt was at my door, I just told them two credit the money to the correct model when it came in and it was sent no charge. Iv had no problem with biante or gateway good service all round. Good on you two JD350 not many people take the time to praise services of others these days. cheers:D
