View Full Version : Sandown 500 winners
With PROCAR bringing back the Sandown 500 how about a Sandown 500 winners collection with models like the Alfa Romeo that won the first race in 1964 up to Stokells winning Lambo from Sunday.
Also tha 2001 Sandown 500 winner would be easy to do-John Bowe/Tom Waring Ferrari 360 challenge sponsered by Auto art and Biante.
Also some Nations cup models would be good to see like Tony Quinns Porsche GT3 Supercup(best looking Porsche out there) and John Bowes new F1 red Ferrari 360 GT.
Admin,
will there be Nations cup models in the future?
I'd love to see Quinns VIP GT3 Supercup done in 1/18,Stokells Crazy Johns Lambo or Bowes 360 GT in thier new F1 red.
Is anyone aware if there is a 1/18 scale version of the Lamborghini GTR
in similar specs to Stokell's (without the same livery naturally)???

Autoart will be producing the Lamborghini GTR in 1:18 scale. No due date has been given at this stage.
Any chance of a Stokell version???
If not what would be the cost to get a decal sheet
with me providing the art work (considering I created
the livery)??

Has anyone seen the Yellow GTR on the Autoart page. It looks sensational. I too hope that a Sandown 500 winners model is produced as it would look sensational in my cabnet at home.

Yes the yellow GTR does look awesome, but I have the sneaking
feeling that it's a pic of the real car and not the actual model!!!
But no doubt that the AutoArt version would look just a awesome.

Hey rob, no offence but who are you? it seems you design the livery for alot of racing cars, is it just comps you enter or are you a profesional livery designer?
i once had 2 finalists in a victor bray livery comp which was pretty sweet. there was supposed to be models made of the finalists but i havent heard anything. i want to make up models of my paint jobs but full car decals cost too much.

Yes I am a professional graphic designer and I run and own
Creative Options - a dedicated motorsport graphic design
business operated out of the premises of motorsport
signage experts SignZone here in Victoria.
It's a nice touch to have replica's of my work and so far I've
been fortunate that most have been reproduced by Biante.
The ones that aren't I am looking at doing up myself, like
possibly the Lambo and Floyd's (now destroyed) HSV GTS.
It is an expense to get decals done, but my advice to you is if
your proud of the work you've done then why not display it??
Cheers
