I agree, also the Yellow HSV Coupe.

There is a Redhot R8 on ebay, no not my auction, just that is sitting at a good price for anyone looking.

Cheers
Mike

Yes the red r8 clubsport is the rarest with only 1800 made but the most wanted model would have to be the yellow gts coupe

Yellow HSV GTS Coupe. This has held its value. The Red Clubsport i have noticed has slowly dropped in value.

I would have to say the Phantom Mica Clubsport in 1/18. 1/1 thanks to a few people that made it possible mainly Glen :D

I've obtained a red R8 from ebay for a little over $100 recently
I suppose going by the 1800 made it's rare

One I'd like is a Walkinshaw VL group A road car
12000 made but difficult to find at a (my) reasonable price as yet.
Been close on ebay, but just outbid at the last second :(

If we're talking code 3 models, there are one or two VT SV99s lurking about. IIRC, it's a Hackett Gold respray of the VT GTS. From the pictures, it looked VERY good.

Oh yeah there was a few of them made, it was around the time I seen the Brock Marlboro code 3 A9X, both did look good, as they came with code3 COA's as well.

Did it come with a certificate?

Opening a can of worms, but certificate wise yes. Model wise not in my opinion. You could say more that 1800 have been made.
Still available if you want one, but no certificate with it.

Yep

Some sites have them listed for over $300
Seeing your link, I guess that's $230 odd for a COA
No wonder they have dropped in price if you can buy the same thing, just minus a COA, for $70.

Yellow .# The hue of that portion of the visible spectrum lying between orange and green, evoked in the human observer by radiant energy with wavelengths of approximately 570 to 590 nanometers; any of a group of colors of a hue resembling that of ripe lemons and varying in lightness and saturation; one of the subtractive primaries; one of the psychological primary hues.

I sold one on Biante Auctions in July last year for $400> I think it’s still a record for that model! I'm still smiling:D
