Oh yeh... he reckons it looks S%@# hot !!

Yep --- one twelfth or twelveth or twelf or whatever bloody way its spelled.

If you search thru the forum for 1/12 or similar you should find some old postings, the dear old ADMIN even confirmed a 1/twelf model, but not what it is...
happy hunting,

Chris

1/12 will be the first for biante. Not sure if any other companies have ever made a 1/12 of an aussie car.
Dieing to find out what the 1/12 will be, as I maybe one who will be buying one.
How long till we find out?

A 1:12 scale Falcon GT, Well that would be something. I just hope that they don't price it like the Merc Racing cars that were on the site earlier in the year, as they were close to $500ea.
I for one would rather a 1:18 Falcon GT as it would look good with my other models. As for 1:12, it would be simply huge.
Each to their own I suppose.

yeah, i tend to agree. you would need a space of its own to display and might look awkward next to the 1:18.

like one of the other posts stated, i hope it isnt going to be too expensive. i wonder if admin can advise on the price range??

As was looked at in other treads, the price would be higher than $500. That is the only way to make it. I feel this is fair.

The question is, are they really going to do it? I have heard many things.

From a previous thread, I remember Admin posted that the price would be around $650 and only available for order from the website to keep the costs down.

Hey Chris,
get you friend to have a look at the Barra racer that Dick Johnson will drive at Bathurst on Sunday and tell us if it looks anything like the racer, as from memory it looks live the images that have been on the FPV website.

To check out DJR
www.djr.com.au
To check out FPV
www.fpv.com.au

I'd interested to hear his thought of the racer and its' likeness to the GT.
Cheers.

Did any of you guys see the Barra Racer on Sunday? It was awesome & the GT is only two days away - October 17th is GT DAY!!!!!.
I couldn't get to the race on the weekend (i'm in vic) but did anyone get to the tent that was supposed to be at Hell corner with the new racer inside?
How about some posts from people who were there & saw/heard the new racer, from the TV it sounded awesome !!!!!
I was so gladd i have the HIFI set up to hear and 'feel' the noise of it on the TV.
Cheers.

p.s. The Moffat/Bond cars were the best, bringing back wonderful childhood memories, what a sight!:) :)
