On Sports tonight there was a story about Sir Jack Brabham doing a demonstration lap on sunday morning of the great race.
Hopefully he can sign my 1959 championship winner.

Almost all our F1 worldchampions are then going to be on the track at Bathurst Alan Jones in the race with DJR and even Wayne is somewhere else driving If I am correct.
What a great occasion. :)

Acctualy 3 of our 4 world champions will be on track next weekend.

Mick Doohan is the only one missing but he might team up with Paul Morris in a Ferrari or Super Monaro for the Bathurst 24 hour.

what about letting the Great man loose in one of his Repco Brabham F1 worldchampionship winning cars and pulverise the laprecord:D The sound of that sreaming V8 should be the opening song for the preceedings.
Then for good measure a coulpe of laps in a Brabham BT(urbo)52
1100 HP fully wound up, to entertain the crowd with some REAL speed and HP!, I am getting carried away again He He:D

I have heard a rumer that Dick Johnson will be doing some demo laps around Bathurst in the ALL NEW BARRA RACECAR !!!!

On another note, i hope Sir Jack keeps this car intact as at Goodwin in the UK he crashed, one of these old races and there can't be many left.
It would be interesting to see just how fast this could go down conrod.

Also Lowndes and Ambrose are rumored to drive the BA around,I hope Moffat will.

I've also heard that one about Ambrose & Lowdnes as well. Personally, i just hope 10 get it on the telly, as i won't be on the Mountain.
