Swap Meet

A fair while back I remember reading on the forum about a big swap meet in Bendigo Vic, November some time.
Can anyone confirm this and also give any infomation
about it.
Is it diecast models or something else, If so can you purchase there or is it just swap, I have never been to one so I dont know much about it.

The Bendigo National Swap will be held this year over the weekend of the 16th-17th November at the Bendigo Showgrounds.
This is a mega-event that brings traders from around Australia and collectors from as far as the U.S.A. and N.Z.
The Model Car and Toy Show runs within the grounds at the same time and as usual, is already booked out. This year the Model Swap expands with the takeover of the third shed allowing more exhibitors to participate in this event.

I went 2 years ago and only found 2 sellers of model cars. They were basically selling at above market price however had some "damaged" stock that was quite cheap. (box damaged etc.)

Didn't bother last year. I should go this considering I only live about 300 mtrs away especially if they do now have a dedicated part of the show to Model displays etc.

I went last year and spent the whole day looking around plenty there. Not just Models Well worth the drive!!!

I'm there every year, trying to find the next peice in the puzzle for the 1/1 model i've being building for the past 6 years, it's a great event i recomend you take the trip.:D
