A friend of mine was there sometime in the 80's, and he said the weather was dry for months like it has been this year, but come race day, it bucketed down!!!! Typical, like last year, all week was beautiful, then on race day we had rain, hail, snow and shine!!!!

go to www/weatherzone.com.au it gives a verey accurate 6day
forcaste you will have to become a memeber but it dosent cost anything it verey handy to have and also has a radar that shows where all the current railn is falling and what direction it is going
at the moment the forcast looks like rain for the big (bugger)
common the fords.

Thanks for ya help guys looks like rain friday/sat but ok sun, have a great week.
Cheers.
Hmmmmmm, always such a dilemma. Safest is to expect anything and everything and take most of your wardrobe with you for the event. Was sitting at the track early on the Sunday last year wondering why my hands were BLUE and the woolly gloves were at home.

Bring on the hail like last year!!! That made for some interesting spills through the esses!!! :)
I know that I will be packing a big jacket and some summer clothes ;)
See you @bathurst!
Thanks Steve for your kind thoughts in keeping collectors up to date with the weather for the big weekend.
Nothing like having people 'on the ground' in the area and this is where our forums are really useful.
As an aside, Trevor and I often wonder if it shows up on collectors' computers as 'ask admin'!!!! We love to answer but if we are busy, busy on a new model, all that does is delay releases and there is always someone having a say on that one.
