TWR and project blueprint

I've heard a report that HRT/TWR Aus are complaining that they won't dominate V8 Supercars next year likethey are now.
Don't they get it that project blueprint is meant to stop thier dominance.

Part of Project Blueprint is getting the best bits from both models and having each manufacturer use these parts.

TWR will have to work on some of there setup's just like they had to do with the new control tyre. ( I know it's a bit more technical than this )

As such they will still rise to the top.

Project Blueprint - what a joke !!!
No wonder HRT are worried, it's October and AVESCO still haven't made up their mind on just what project blueprint will be.
Look at the franchise situation for another example of too many chiefs and not enough Indians, when it comes to making a decision in V8 Supercar.
