Seems like there is a run on Brock steering wheels on e-bay. Currently listed are 3 Flyer Brock Wheels, and a Momo from the VK if anyone is interested or replacing one...I wouldn't mind one for the shed.

I often wonder how these things come to be separated from the car......there are usually lots of Sierra RS500 parts - full interiors, engine parts, spoilers etc, and a tiny suspicious part of my brain suggests that they are not 100% legitimate, that someone is waking up to discover that their pride and joy has been taken from the garage.

My uncle has a complete XY GT Phase 3 interior (among other things) in his shed. Never been in a car.

Many of these items are obtainable direct from the manufacturer (in this case, Ford Australia) for purchase by people in the trade. He bought these items way back in the '70's with the intention of putting them in a car...just never got around to it.

Cheers

Quite agree, there are numerous Valentine 1 detectors for sale on trade me "selling on behalf of a mate" "don't have the receipt" etc etc...(none of them have hard wire kits or boxes, just the curly cords from when they were stolen). Maybe I am too cynical but I can't help but think that Trademe and ebay have replaced the local pub as a place to fence stuff

that's bloody awful, I hope you can get them back and have the chance to kick the low-life that stole them.

Must echo the sentiments. It always pains me to hear about people who get hit by these lowlifes.
I hear with the wheel from the Grp A VL Brock that the originals are rare as hens teeth now. Evidently a lot that are for sale are reproductions.

these ones do look kosher (even worn hand grips) but it seems funny that 3 are for sale at the one time. Still some people are smart when it comes to making a dollar...I think I'm too honest...

Although at high school I did sell some innocent souls a bag of dried peach leaves (marketed as cannabis)...Funny thing was they thought it was good. Lucky I wasn't found in the river wearing concrete shoes!

Shame that with airbags now they can't be used in later model cars...I'm considering buying another set of Star wheels for my ute, I've always liked that design
