If any one is planning to visit Porsche Zentrum at Zuffenhausen,
then do it quickly. They have a GT1 in the show room and they are rare as hens teeth. I have only seen one before coming out of Porsches research place in Weissach and even that was a blur.
This GT1 will give you a woody in ya pants. Also the Pink Pig lurking around there also.
Here is a picture.

It is a mid-engine layout and is a 6 cyclinder with 400KW.
Only 30 street versions made. I think when they were offered to to public for sale, the price was over a million dollars. In reality, it is a race car without the stickers.

Has the Technical Museum in Sinsheim got those big airplanes out the back? If it has, then I have driven past it to offen even to stop and check it out. Shame on me!
Strange things happening around here as today I thought I saw a twin turbo boxter. It had, for an example a GT2 apron on, with all other strange marking to hide its true colours. It sounded twin turbo but still not 100%sure.
