Can anyone tell me If Greg Moore ever had #33 on his Players Forsythe Racing Indy car or did he only run #99 in his career.

He only ran #99.

Carpentier ran #33 from his debut at Forsythe in 1998 (or was it 99?), Tagliani becoming #33 in 2000 when he joined the team, Carpentier adopting #32.

#33 was a 'traditional' Forsythe Racing number, Teo Fabi using it in 1983 when the teamed was formed, and also again in 1995, when Forsythe re-started his own team (again with Fabi) after splitting from his partnership with Barry Green at the end of 1994. Green kept the Players money for 1995, but Forsythe got it for 1996 when Greg Moore graduated to CART in his team replacing Fabi, and Villeneuve went to F1
