It has been announced that Jason Bright will be at the wheel of a DBR9 for next months ALMS Sebring 12 hour race. He will be teamed with Pedro Lamy and Stephane Sarrazin and tested the car last week at Vallelunga in Italy last week.
Aston won the GT1 class in their first attempt at the race last year, so it will be interesting to see how he goes.

Bright - 2nd in GT1, Brabham - 1st in GT2
4. (10) Stephane Sarrazin, France; JASON BRIGHT, Australia; Pedro Lamy, Lisbon Portugal; Aston Martin DB9 (4, GT1), 337.
9. (15) DAVID BRABHAM, Australia; Sebastien Bourdais, France; Scott Maxwell, Canada; Panoz Esperante GTLM (9, GT2), 320.
This is about all i can find from Jason,
“A very big couple of days. It’s been a busy time learning the track and getting used to the car. But a great result to finish second after a pretty intense battle. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with these guys and I really hope I get to do a bit more of it.”
Next round of ALMS May 12, but that's the same time as V8's in WA

4th outright is a pretty good result. Congrats to Audi. Their new diesel powered prototype looks like being the business after a stunning performance for a new car.

IXO have a number of 1:43 LeMans version of the Aston Martin in production and someone else was doing the same in 1:18. I wonder if we'll see any models of Brights Sebring drive ?
Hopefully with this performance he'll also keep the seat for LeMans (and we'll see a model of that too !).
