Picked up the 2002, Kelly HYL, Skaife and Bright today (all in corporate boxes) and I must say that the little improvements that have been made make a difference.
They are still along way off of the 2002 Fords but maybe next year.
The Kelly car is fantastic.
I also brought a new VY S (Quicksliver) with all of the SS options for my wife (7 1/2 months preg) so my model collection should be increasing unquestioned for another year at least.

Hoping to drive the new car one day a month

Where did you get these TWR cars from already.
Are you on some A list or something ?
They are not even available on the site yet.

Two answers,
1. The improvements are interior ones the air ducting and new rear windows with the inlets and outlets as part of the window not just a sticker. Plus some others also interior.
2. HSV Sydney, in corporate red sealed boxes not window face.
I get on well with the guys at the Main centre for HSV and they let me know when stuff arrives. All of my HRT collection with the exception of the (Sandown and 2001 Presentation cars) are in red boxes.
They are great especially at $149.00 per car.

Glenn,
That is good value especially as the cars from Biante will be $168-00. I managed to see the Skaife car myself over here in NZ at my local Holden dealer and was well impressed. Also in red packaging. Our price is NZD$245-00 which is the same as last years car. I thought they would have gone up. Nearly bought it on the spot but will hopefully grab one at a cheaper price when I'm in Aussie next week for Indy Cars.

Aussiecollector.
My mate got me all of the new VX Holdens from Bathurst and I agree with you in regards to the 2002 HRT/HYL/Team Brock cars. the air ducting, air jack point, and other details look sensational. I especially love the steering wheel in Skaifes car.
I asked Richard this morning and he said that all of the 2002 Holdens are in closed corporate boxes.

I have not got the HRT/HYL cars myself yet.....tomorrow I hope.
Does the Skaife car have a steering wheel with telemetry data across the top of it.
As for some of the other improvements I have the Brock Bathurst Car and the air ducting in the rear window and interior changes are great.
Biante has done a great job once again.
