I'd love to buy the bonnet from that car, it looks sensational, as does the whole car. I nearly bought the bonnet of the Team Kiwi car in Canberra for $200, but couldn't fit it in the back of the Laser!!!!! My girlfriend suggested we hold on to it above the roof, I hope she was joking when she said that, we wouldn't have got very far!!!

The Young Lions car would have to be one of the best cars on the grid.

Glen I think you would have to fight off heaps of others to get that bonnet. Me included.

It would look awesome mounted on the wall in your garage or room with other memorabilia.

Tell me about it. Something like that would look sensational on the wall. Tried to get a front splitter from Sandown last year.
Almost had a deal sorted but just had no way to get it the 500km home. This year we might bring a trailer with us.

That's the thing, you can buy them pretty easily, but getting them home is another story. My girlfriend is a big John Bowe fan, we got a front guard signed by both drivers at the Canberra 400 this year for $100, it is huge in her bedroom, but will look good when we get it mounted with a picture of the car and a little plaque or something. I'll just wait untill next year when I get my Toyota Hilux, I can just chuck them in the back!!! The Laser is a bit small to hold Commodore and Falcon bonnets!!!
