43rd 2001 Bathurst winner, again...

I seem to recall some talk a while back that the 2001 Bathurst winner (Skaife/Longhurst -in case you have forgotten) was to be released as a single item in 43rd scale, as opposed to the 4 car set option.
Is this still the intention I wonder?

I was informed that I was not to hold my breath on that one by a retailer...

I got the impression from another post ( an admin reply ) that the production of 1:43 models was very shortly to be bought back up to date. As much as posible anyway.

They have been working heavily on the new 1:64 range and on getting some of the new 1:18's out like the Brock Bathurst car.

Hopefully we will see some 1:43's in the near future.

Biante models are worth waiting for.
