Could also be used to build the car when it was white a few years later in the hands of Dick Johnson.

As said above I would love a Johnson/Bowe Rx7 :)

yes a Bowe/Johnson RX7 would be a fine addition to the DJR collection, I rate this much higher than his 4WD Lazer from the Bathurst 12hr as it actually won  !!!

I'd prefer a Moffat RX7 before they make a modern one;)

I don't think AUTOart have a RX7 mould yet. I have seen the Kyosho one and it won't do the BP and Triple M cars any justice in the 1:18 scale.

Its perfect. We are putting a larger front roll bar on it to try and improve handling/lap times. I am taking it to the Winton Historics later in May.

I think its a Kyosho. I bought it a few years ago and its been in storage whilst we lived overseas. I haven't managed to get it out yet as we have been in the middle of major house reno's for the last 12 months. So I haven't actually seen it for a while.

It is probably the M Tech version, which is the only one I have ever seen.

going slightly off topic for one moment, didn't this car serve as the pace car for the V8s one round?
