Hi guy's. Made my first perches of 2 cars that arrived today. Had to take a good look at them being my first and all. Problem is the bonnet want open on ether car. Their the 00 Motorsports cars of 2003 1:18. Was wondering if there's a trick to this or is it a folt? As well the peace under the front splitter fail off. It's just glued on and wondering whats the best glue to fix this. I know BIANTE do warranty this stuff but sending them back after just getting them seems like such a pain in the butt. Thanks guys..

with all the Biante BA falcons, there is a little button under the front spoiler that you need to press to unlatch the bonnet;)

Hi guys, Rather than open another thread, I thought this one would be appropriate;)

When i run the air con in my EF ( yes i know, i know.. Its a FORD:rolleyes: ) and i put the foot down, the air goes from the front vents to the windscreen vents. I am guessing it is some type of vacumn problem, but before i go running off to a costly mechanic/auto elec/air con man:confused: , I thought you blokes would more than likely know if it is a common problem and easily fixed. Cheers Bruce.

Ohfive, I had that happen in my old VN and VS (Yes Wayno - COMMODORES:p) If I remember correctly, it needed regassing.

I would find the Ford forum and either look through the model questions or put it out there. (On the red side Just Commodores does this)

Bruce i wouls suspect that you have a split vacumn line, you mave to pull the lower part of the dash out to see which line it is.

I would go and buy a Gregorys manual for your car if dont already have one and see how hard it is before starting ripping the car apart.

Oh five, which model of EF is yours ???

I know when the climate control panel failed in the upper spec EF's (Fairmont & Ghia), it did what yours is doing, solution was a replacement control panel...

i had the same problem with the air on one of my chevy luminas a while back. every time you mash the gas the air would stop comming out of the vents facing you and come out of the top of the dash or defrost vent. i had it checked out and it was a small vacum line with a split in it under the dash running out through the firewall. it didn't cost much to fix it and its been working fine ever since.

Anyway Oh Five I don't actually recall typing anything about Auscar Falcons or Sierras or Volvos or BMW's. BUT what I was saying I guess is that I have reason to think you are a fan of the Brock AND he did race VB Commodores with success. Therefore I am wondering how you come to the conclusion that VB Commodores are "crap" & oh yeah I think I remember that one of his greatest victories of all was in a .........VB COMMODORE -THE 1979 AROUND AUSTRALIA REPCO TRIAL- would be nice to see a 1/18 of that car by the way.

No, but you said you remember 05 on a VB, so i was saying i remembered 05 on Fords, etc. BUT what I was saying I guess is that I have reason to think you are a fan of the Brock AND he did race VB Commodores with success.Yes i am, and yes he did, but doesnt mean i have to like them. Therefore I am wondering how you come to the conclusion that VB Commodores are "crap" . Because i owned one and a mate owned one, and we had nothing but trouble.& oh yeah I think I remember that one of his greatest victories of all was in a .........VB COMMODORE -THE 1979 AROUND AUSTRALIA REPCO TRIAL- would be nice to see a 1/18 of that car by the way. Yes it would be a great model to have.. gee, we agree:D
